"Terrible! I used to be able to get the paper in a format that looked like a newspaper. Now it is a useless conglomeration of individual articles in no apparent order.. I have reset my password, which I had not changed but they no longer recognized, several times on several days. It always responds that it has acceepted the new passwaord, but when I aattempt to sign in it repeated presents a cute little ion that says, "Try again". It is no longer cute!"

"The app is broken and has been for ages. I have a paid account for two reasons, online subscriber content and my parents in the 70s & 80s who like the printed Sunday paper. Sometimes I give in to my curiosity and try to login to the app, but each time I try it takes me to a playstore screen which says there is an error. So, I always end up on the website which works. It defeats the purpose of the app notifications to have to Google for the article that the app notified me about."
